Amelia Fletcher collaborated with with Competition Policy International to write an article for the January 2019 edition of their Antitrust Chronicle

"The EU Google Decisions: Extreme Enforcement or the Tip of the Behavioral Iceberg?" looks at recent EU Google decisions which made waves around the world. In large part, this was because they involved a huge and innovative digital economy platform and were the highest fines yet imposed by the EU. However, the decisions are also notable for their reliance on key insights from behavioral economics.

Read Amelia's article here, or visit the CPI website for more information about their work.

You can also listen to the article as a podcast via the CPI website.

This work was also presented by Amelia at the Centre for Competition Policy (seminar programme) on 8 March 2019.
