At the September NIBS Workshop (which took place 17 to 19 September 2018), we invited our new NIBS affiliated PhD students to give a short presentation by way of introduction.  The PhDs who presented were: Malte Baader (Nottingham), Sarah Bowen (Nottingham), Neo Poon (Warwick), Richard Mills (Nottingham). 

These annual workshops (which began during NIBS 1) are a great way for NIBS colleagues to get together and network, share research findings (especially research funded by the NIBS small grant scheme), and seek collaborators for new projects. 

The PhD students affiliated to NIBS2 are a mix of first and second year students, and we hope they will gain much from their association with NIBS and the opportunities it provides, especially to work alongside colleagues from our partner institutions (both in the UK and overseas).
