Amelia Fletcher chaired a conference for the UK Competition Network on ‘Consumer Remedies' in London, 1 October 2018. There were around 150 academics, policy makers and practitioners in attendance.

The conference co-incided with the publication of a report by the FCA and the Competition & Markets Authority, giving an overview of the main achievements and lessons learned from the UKCN’s collaboration on remedies in consumer markets. The report (PDF) "Helping people get a better deal: Learning lessons about consumer facing remedies" is available to download and cites research by Amelia.
