Bruce Lyons submitted evidence to the BEIS Consumer Green Paper ‘Modernising Consumer Markets’ and to BEIS Competition Law Review, 29th June 2018.

The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) were seeking views on how to ensure that their regulatory, competition and enforcement regimes are suitable for the modern economy and the modern consumer.  This consultation ran from 1:30pm on 11 April 2018 to 11:45pm on 4 July 2018.

As of November 2018, the results were being collated and feedback will be available in due course.
